With experience managing P&Ls over $500 million in revenue and $170 million in EBITDA, Stracey is skilled in business development, mergers and acquisitions, and cultivating high-performance teams. Stracey's career highlights include playing a senior leadership role at Dade Behring, where Stracey led the private equity roll-up to a $7 billion acquisition by Siemens. Stracey's experience also includes serving as an Executive In Residence at the Plug and Play Tech Center and co-founding two medical technology startups.
