Tim Wheeler has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in Investment Management. Prior to co-founding Consultas, he worked as Chief Investment Officer at Belmont Global Advisors, a Dallas Family Investment Office. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing the overall investment strategy and tactics, carefully selecting and monitoring money managers and investment partnerships on behalf of the Family Office and its investment advisory clients.

Before his work at Belmont, Tim started his career as a CPA and Financial Controller, working for two Dallas Oil & Gas companies. He earned his BBA in Accounting from the University of North Texas and his MBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business.

Outside of his financial roles, Tim stays active in many organizations. He is the Principal Owner of Clearwater House Cayman and a former Co-Founder of Blackland Records. He previously held roles at Clearwater Global Advisors LLC and was President at Belmont Global Advisors. Tim is passionate about music, and when he's not working, he enjoys listening to and playing music.
