NEXT GEN COMMS CoE BRAZIL LEADI led the Communication CoE for Talent & Organization projects, supporting Brazil projects with communication skills, designing user experiences throughout our Change and HR projects, such as project branding, initiatives based on playful design and creation of contents.ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE- Supporting the National Postal Services with a Change Management plan during a very large and complex organization change. Business modelling, process redesign and implementation of the new 2020 Corporate Strategy Program.- Helped to drive change to implement a Shared Services Centre (SSC) in a Brazilian Multinational in the Civil Construction industry and for all the 10 International units in Latin America and North America. Analysis of organizational impacts, change network activation, stakeholder management and execution of communication initiatives for all international units.- Currently, supporting an American multinational client from the food industry to implement SAP for its tomatoes and oils division. The whole program involves more than 2500 employees, focused on Communication, Change Network and Stakeholder Management.
