- Administrative Support: Provide high-level secretarial support combined with discretion to CDO and Directors. Coordinate and ensure all travel and catering needs are taken care of promptly. Manage CDO and Directors' complex and frequently changing calendars and meetings. Prepare disbursements and expense reports for payment processing. Interact professionally with all levels of personnel, and ensure all requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Assist in research and compiling documents. Distribute department-wide announcements, book conference rooms and coordinate any requests for meetings.  Compose a variety of communications on behalf of management.

- Communication & Change Management: Provided exceptional backing to management during COVID-19 transitions and New Normal bank initiatives, communicated fast-changing bank stances and policies during COVID-19 pandemic to EDO department on behalf of the CDO.  Supporting management in leading Agile transition in EDO and move to Seneca One Tower. Plan and assist EDO bi-monthly Town Hall, and weekly huddles during remote work environment.

- HR Support: Order equipment for new employees, assist in their onboarding to ensure a successful transition to the bank, volunteer in the bank in “WNY Resource Group” as an Area Captain for new hires to help them develop a rapport with their peers and share insights on the Buffalo area and M&T culture.  Assisted CDO during department re-organization with discretion and tact.

Event & Travel: Assisted in the coordinating of EDO “Visual Analytics Day”, working with Tableau and M&T Data Literacy Director to plan and execute event for 200+ attendees.  Plan itineraries and travel for CDO and multiple directors, ensuring hotels and flights were booked according to event schedules and individual needs.  Supported and joined EDO Employee Engagement team in holding quarterly EE events and annual summer picnic.
