In 2013, Jen authored the book "How to Love Your Body as much as Your Baby," which promotes positive self-image and self-care for mothers. Additionally, she created the Safe Return to Exercise accreditation for Fitness Professionals in 2016. This program has been widely delivered across Australia, New Zealand, and Taiwan, where Jen ensures fitness professionals have the necessary knowledge and skills to work effectively with mothers.
