For the past 6 years, Dan led origination and execution of cross-border US - Asia M&A and capital raising mandates for CEC Capital, the US affiliate of CEC Capital Group, an Asia-based investment bank focused on the Internet software and services space; telecom, media, and entertainment industries; as well as healthcare and life sciences sectors. He was also the head of the US office and oversaw administrative responsibilities in the US for the firm. From 2012 to 2016, Dan was a managing director at Siemer & Associates, a Los Angeles-based tech, consumer and media-focused investment bank, prior to its acquisition by CEC Capital.
