Rose Sellman-Leava is a highly driven and experienced Product Manager at Jisc, the National Research and Education Network in the UK. She has a solid background in coaching and not-for-profit management, having co-directed a Bristol-based CIC called Inclusive Futures in the past. Her passion for creating safe and equal opportunities for students from underrepresented groups and disadvantaged backgrounds enabled her to create targeted coaching programs and drive cultural change within organizations.
Rose's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree with honours in English Language and African Studies and a University Certificate in Events Management. She also completed a Level 5 NVQ in Personal Performance Coaching with Merit at The Coaching Academy. Her professional experience spans various roles, including Strategic Support Analyst, former Support Officer, and Social Work Team Resource Officer for Devon County Council.
At Jisc, Rose is responsible for managing the Step Up service, which connects FE and HE institutions with promising edtech startups. Her expertise in product management and coaching programs, combined with her passion for inclusive education and cultural change, makes her an invaluable asset to any organization.
