Steven Grinnell is a seasoned veteran in the retail space, boasting over 30 years of experience in the industry. With a diverse background in developing commercial, residential, and office projects, Steve's foray into retail began in the mid-80s, leading him to specialize in the field exclusively. He has worked with an impressive list of tenants across the United States, delivering quality spaces on time and within budget. Steve co-developed over 15 million square feet of anchor-oriented properties in Atlanta, GA, with Stan Thomas of Thomas Enterprises. In 2003, Steve returned to Texas to serve as the principal of Merchants Holding Company, where he developed exciting projects in Texas, Georgia, Tennessee, and Arkansas.

Aside from his retail expertise, Steve has also owned T9E Ranch, T9E Whitetails, and The Sunday House Ranch, which is currently for sale. Before Merchants Holding Company, he served as the broker of Merchants Resource Realty in Atlanta, GA.
