Epic Willow Systems Analyst Sr. at Inova Health System

•	Provided post go-live support by working on hospital ticket system on maintenance, build issues,  optimization requests, running analytical reports, and monthly Medi-Span load.
•	Built ERX records for both simple, mixture and CNR.
•	Built pharmacy (PHR) and med lists (EFY) records including setup dispense logic table.
•	Lead interface (HL7) testing between Epic and Pharmacy automation systems (McKesson - Med Carousel, Acudose and Anesthesia carts).
•	Migrated Willow records to production environment using Data Courier.
•	Updated cost and built custom NDC records, NDG and IID records.
•	Validated NDCs in preparation for bedside barcode scanning, reconciled any scanning errors.
•	Used the Set Item Utility to update and modify multiple records accordingly.

Epic Willow Systems Analyst Sr.

•	Coordinate implementation planning, installation, upgrade, and modification to all Hospital Pharmacy Information Systems
•	Maintain and support all GECE Carecast Compendium’s projects  such as creating local product records, protocols, and order sets to facilitate pharmacy order entry systems
•	Analyze data and compile meaningful reports for pharmacy management
•	Evaluate and plan for new pharmacy computer systems
•	Upgrade and convert existing computer systems as new technology become available
•	Create test data and test new program/system to ensure that it runs without error when implemented
•	Create training package for new program/system so that new user will be able to use it with little assistance
•	Provide operational support to pharmacy information systems by creating reports and templates to facilitate pharmacy workflow
•	Assign, delete, and audit Pharmacy systems user access according to security policy
•	Using change management control to document all changes to pharmacy systems
