Mike Ferraro, a highly experienced and accomplished businessman, is devoted to helping veterans transition into civilian career opportunities. With nearly 32 years of service in the United States Air Force, Mike has a comprehensive understanding of the military's way of life and the challenges that come with it. He is the founder of Bridging The Gap for Veterans, a non-profit organization that serves to support the military community by partnering with hundreds of corporations to open doors to employment opportunities, offering mentorship, and providing essential resources. Mike's pride and joy is the Adopt a Coffee Platoon program, in which he enlists Patriot corporations to purchase coffee products from BTG and donate them to military units, veteran organizations, police departments, or firehouses to show appreciation for their honorable service.

Mike is a seasoned executive with an impressive track record. He was formerly the State Chairman for the New Jersey Employer Support for the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) at Employer Support of the Guard & Reserve (ESGR), the President of Veterans Programs & Recruitment Initiatives at Judge VIP Careers, a Division of the Judge Group, and Federal Business Development & Strategic Alliance Executive at Emerson Network Power. He has also held senior positions at EPS Corporation, Department of Army, Communications-Electronics Command, AT&T, and Booz Allen Hamilton. He also served as the Senior Project Manager at AT&T and the Vice President for Network Solutions at EPS Corporation.

Mike possesses a High School Diploma from Howell High School, a B.S. from Thomas Edison State University, and an M.S. from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
