Doug Coleman is a highly experienced and talented professional with a passion for web technology, social media, and connecting with people. With over 8 years of professional experience producing content for high-profile outlets and more than 3 years of experience consulting private and corporate clients in social media strategy and practice, he is a force to be reckoned with in the industry.

Doug has worked with a variety of clients and employers, including ReadWriteWeb, Conversations Network, Tripwire, Inc., Fast Wonder Consulting, Portland Community College, Alcatel-Lucent, Beaverton Toyota, Silicon Florist, Do Something for a Cause, Girls, Inc., and several magazines, newspapers, and blogs. Throughout his career, he has produced content in various forms such as writing, reporting, copywriting, podcasting, video, and multimedia.

As an active member of the PDX tech community, Doug regularly volunteers at many local tech events and charity fundraisers. He is the owner/operator of 100% Rock-n-Roll and has been a content editor at Alcatel-Lucent (ProgrammableWeb), a social media monitoring intern at Tripwire, Inc., a free agent at Designitude Multimedia, a series producer and website editor at The Conversations Network, and a writer and researcher at ReadWriteWeb. He has also worked as an intern and owned/operated Designitude Multimedia.

Doug studied AAS in General Studies and Multimedia at Portland Community College and has received real-world experience. He has excellent communication skills and is a valuable asset to any team in need of his expertise.
