Vitaly Zhelyapov is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the digital industry, specializing in strategies, project launches, team building, project and business development. He possesses expertise in digital ad technologies, mobile, connected-TV apps, and video platforms, and he has a keen eye for analyzing market needs and creating new competitive ideas quickly. Vitaly studied Systems of Communication, Radio-Electronic Systems, and Devices at Moscow State Technical University (MSTU) named after N.E. Bauman and attended Lyceum №2 for Phys-Math in Russia.

Vitaly co-founded and serves as COO of Buzzoola, a data-driven native advertising platform. Prior to Buzzoola, he was a co-founder, CTO, and board member of Tvigle Media, an online video content distributor. He also held a key position as the Head of Web Department at AMEDIA and served as a Project Manager of Web projects in Vesti Media Holding.
