- Daily requirement load averaged 3-5 new requirements per day at locations throughout the United States.  Successful in sourcing, screening, and submitting two candidates per requirement within twenty four hours of receiving the requirement, often submitting quality candidates within hours of the request opening in the following areas of concentration:

Administrative includes: Executive Administrative Assistants, Purchasing Assistants, Project Coordinators, and HR Coordinators.

Technical includes: System, Software, and Hardware Engineers, Developers, and Consultants across a diverse range of technologies.

Recruiter

- Reported to the training Team Manager and conducted Primary, Instrument, and Multi Engine professional flight instruction in Cessna 172 and Piper Seminole PA-44 aircraft under Federal Aviation Regulations Part 141 and 142.  Maintained a 90% student pass rate for first attempts at stage checks and certification exams.
- Exercised significant independent judgment with majority of training conducted at night and away from the training center. Responsible for student and asset ($400,000+) safety at all times, no incidents of damage to aircraft or equipment.
- Developed individualized lesson plans for students and completed resource scheduling to ensure that aircraft, flight training devices and other training facilities were available. This task required significant planning and alternatives as weather, resource availability, or student schedules could change at any time and re-planning was often required in order to complete training goals for the day.

- Reported to and supported the Director of Admissions as he developed policy and standards to guide University recruitment efforts. Significant data analysis of enrollment metrics and projects using Microsoft Excel and in house data mining programs. Analysis included real time measurement of admissions metrics, projection for future standards, and the retrieval and digitization of a decade’s worth of admissions data to a presentable and manipulatable Excel database.
- Project managed and was directly responsible for a week long summer event along with subsequent functions throughout the year known as the Great American Aero Derby (GAAD). Developed GAAD from a 4 participant weekend summer event to a seven day overnight camp with over forty participants. Developed marketing program to promote the camp through use of email, internet and print marketing throughout the SW US, drew participants from a wide geographical area.
- Partnered with organizations in the South West US to organize regional GAAD camps throughout the year, furthering University and program exposure and generating leads for the admissions pipeline.
