Lee Rubin is an award-winning leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a unique combination of marketing expertise. Rubin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from The George Washington University and earned a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University. Rubin is also the founder of Lee Rubin Consulting LLP, where they offer corporate diversity consulting services. Previously, Rubin worked for Disability:IN, Freedom for All Americans, and Diversity Leadership Network as a Corporate Disability Inclusion Consultant and Co-Chair, and board member, respectively. Rubin's leadership skills and passion for the LGBTQ+ and disability communities have earned them recognition nationwide as a trailblazer.

Rubin also has an extensive professional background and experience in marketing, holding previous senior manager positions at Citrix, Lumen Technologies, and CoreLogic. At Orange, Rubin worked as a Marketing and Sales Services Manager. Rubin's ability to integrate DEI best practices throughout the workforce helps address talent acquisition and management needs.
