Ana Santiago is a hard-working individual who is always eager to learn more. With experience working in customer service, management, and training, Ana has built a strong skill set which she brings to the table in her current role as the Customer Loyalty Lead at Zappos Family of Companies. Prior to this role, Ana worked at Zappos in various positions including Senior Representative, Resource Desk, and The Learning Center Advocate. Before joining the Zappos team, Ana also gained experience working at Blumberg Excelsior, Inc., Sport Mitsubishi, BellSouth Entertainment, and as Vice President at Brevard Cable Installations.
