Bill Timmerman is an investment banking generalist with over 20 years of experience in finance and senior management. He has raised over $1 billion dollars to fund expansion, acquisitions, and sales of companies with revenues over $5 million and EBITDA over $1 million. Timmerman has completed dozens of M&A transactions and joint ventures in various industries including manufacturing, distribution, service, aerospace & defense, consumer products, real estate & construction, and healthcare.

Timmerman began his career at JP Morgan Chase in New York City and expanded his expertise by serving as the President of Montaz Mautino, SA in Grenoble, France, and the CFO/SVP M&A at Hitco Carbon Composites in Los Angeles. He has worked for various companies in the aerospace and defense industries and has experience in cleantech, specialty finance, education, and coal mining.

Timmerman studied philosophy, European history, and international economics, and French history at Washington and Lee University, New York University, and Sciences Po. He is fluent in French and English and has Securities Licenses Series 24, 62, and 63.
