Robert Ellis is a highly accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in solving organizational and business problems for small to mid-sized companies. With a strong background in Defense Industry, he has managed to develop and maintain high growth businesses through strategic planning, marketing, and sales. His excellent leadership abilities enabled him to create, recruit and lead both line and operational teams with technical expertise. Robert is also highly skilled in raising venture capital and closing multi-million dollar contracts in the most efficient manner.

He studied BA, History at Miami University and did graduate studies at the University of Oregon. He also studied at USMC, where he has continued to learn and improve his skills.

Robert Ellis also founded several companies during his career, such as IronSpire Inc., Bio Dynamics Corporation, and Defense Consultants Inc, where he currently serves as President. He was also the President and CEO of Intex and held the Division Manager position in SAIC. Being a results-oriented and team player, Robert also specializes in sales and marketing to the DoD and Federal agencies and has extensive turn-around experience.

His language familiarity in Japanese, German, French, Italian, and Spanish is also an added advantage, making him an excellent negotiator across cultures and international markets.
