Reed McGinley-Stempel is a prominent entrepreneur and business leader, co-founder, and CEO of Stytch. With a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy Analysis and German from Duke University, McGinley-Stempel has a versatile background, including some stellar experiences in various fields.

Prior to his present role at Stytch, he served as a Product Manager and Growth analyst at Plaid, where he developed a technical and strategic understanding of scaling and managing innovative products. Furthermore, his work with Bain & Company as an Associate Consultant proved his commitment to creating value by analyzing current business model challenges.

McGinley-Stempel is also an experienced advocate with a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant designation from Fulbright Commission, the former Lobbying Policy Intern for the League of Conservation Voters, and former Public Policy Research Intern at RSL Program at Duke University.
