Esme SU is a dedicated and accomplished Material Engineer in Egypt, and a founder of the Egyptian Society of Material Engineers (ESME), which stresses character development for its members as well as technical expertise. Her organization provides various field trips, workshops, conferences and other opportunities for their members to expand their knowledge of the field while developing valuable soft skills such as teamwork and decision making. With an emphasis on leadership skills, ESME provides training and opportunities to create leaders who can help change society and fulfill prosperous careers. Before founding ESME, Esme completed her education in Metallurgical and Material Engineering at the Faculty of Petroleum and Mining Engineering, Suez University.
