Kelly Sticksel is a renowned designer and innovator with over 30 years of experience in bringing unique special effects and production designs to concerts, Broadway productions, and corporate theater events. As the Co-Founder and COO of the multidisciplinary design firm Fireplay, she has leveraged her vast experience to deliver out-of-the-box show designs with fantastic special effects. Kelly is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance.

Her commitment to innovation and invention has earned her a reputation for providing her clients with fresh, never-seen-before ideas. Her impressive career has seen her hold top leadership positions in companies such as Pyrotecnico, Excitement Technologies LLC, and Magic Fire LaserShows.
