Mark's expertise also extends to interaction design, design thinking, and workshop facilitation, making him a versatile professional in the field. After studying at Yale University, where he completed a Bachelor of Arts degree, Mark further honed his skills by earning an Executive Business Certificate from Yale School of Management and a Certificate from Wily LLC. Prior to that, he held the positions of UX/Creative Director and Associate Experience Director at Isobar.
