Jonathan Shooshani is a driven entrepreneur and product builder with a passion for wellness, people, and technology. He started his journey by studying communication and technology management at UCSB, where he honed his skills and explored his interests. Through his experiences in sales, customer support, marketing, and production, he realized the importance of caring for each other and the need for employers to invest in their employees' well-being.

With this vision in mind, Jonathan co-founded JOON, a platform that aims to help employers care for each individual employee through personalized benefits. Prior to JOON, Jonathan was an advisor at Laurel Way, a board member at Zal Industrial, and president of Avo PBC. He has also worked in sales at ChowNow, production at Imlak'esh Organics, and marketing at POM Wonderful.

Jonathan's expertise lies in entrepreneurship, product building, wellness, and employee benefits.
