Tom McAndrews is an accomplished real estate professional with vast experience in real estate management and brokerage. His impressive background includes an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC Irvine. After graduating with honors, Tom received the Philip E. Morris scholarship as the outstanding real estate student.

As the President of Tiarna Real Estate Services, Inc., Tom oversees multiple departments including management, leasing, accounting, and construction. His strengths include an in-depth financial and accounting background, excellent working relationships with owners and tenants, and extensive knowledge of the financial, tax, and legal implications of real estate investment.

Tom's involvement with receiverships dates back to 1983, managing various properties from office to residential properties under receivership in numerous counties throughout the States. He has also been a court-appointed receiver in several dozens of cases involving major lenders such as Bank of America, Bank of the West, Far East National Bank, and others.

Besides being a National Instructor with the Institute of Real Estate Management, Tom has received a CPM designation in real estate management and a CSM designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers. He is a member of several professional organizations, including ICSC, IREM, and BOMA, and holds Broker licenses in California and Arizona.
