Michel Cubric, a senior leader in the Canadian mortgage industry, has a passion for delivering exceptional service to his customers while offering them the best possible rates. His diverse background includes a degree in Physical Education from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, and an MBA in Business Administration from Barrington University. Cubric has been part of several successful organizations throughout his career, including being the EVP Marketing & Sales at NextGen Canada Mortgage Company Inc., VP Residential Markets at Concentra Bank, SVP Operations at Genworth Canada, and Senior Director, Mortgage Operations at CIBC, among others.

Cubric has proven his expertise and leadership by growing the portfolio of various organizations, including taking a new brand from an $800M/year product to a $5B/year product in just five years. He currently manages direct-to-consumer residential mortgages at Concentra, and also works alongside regulators to ensure compliance.

Outside of work, Cubric has a passion for long-distance swimming and has even placed fifth in his age category in the Canadian Open Water Masters Championship 5km Race.
