German Fer Ayala Rivero is a seasoned IT professional with over 14 years of experience in team development, automation, and leadership. With a primary focus on automation, German has participated in more than 50 projects, garnering ample experience in the development process, strategic management, and Agile methodologies such as Scrum. He is a Certified Scrum Master, having studied under the Scrum Alliance at Certified Scrum Master. He studied Bachiller Tecnológico en Informática at CETP-UTU, Los 4 Trabajos del Lider, and Liderazgo empresarial at Xn Partners, Licenciatura en Informática at Universidad de la Empresa, and Programador JAVA J2SE at Universitarío Autónomo del Sur.

Aside from his studies, German has held several leadership positions in various organizations. Currently, he is the Lider de Proyecto Automation at Scanntech. He also co-founded and was the CTO of inversionate, worked as a QA Engineer at Despegar.com, served as Senior QA at CPA Innovation, was the Owner of RobaronMiAuto.com, and held QA Manager roles at Arkano Software and Geodesic. His professional interests include Scrum, Java, Javascript, Ruby, Git, Jira, Postgresql, Mysql, Rest, and Jenkins.
