Justin Dulay, a seasoned Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) professional, boasts over five years of experience in the industry. He has extensive expertise in temporary/contract employment delivery across the United States, ensuring full-cycle recruitment support delivery 24/5 via VMS. Mr. Dulay currently serves as a Technical Program Lead with superior technical recruitment acumen, filling various technical positions compliant with end-client Service Level Agreements (SLA).

Mr. Dulay’s professional journey started after earning his Bachelor's degree in Consular and Diplomatic Affairs from De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. He initially worked as an intern at the British Council before moving up to Talent Acquisition at PSG Global Solutions. Over time, Dulay has held different roles in top firms such as Minion Solutions, Manpower, Allegis Global Solutions, and Pontoon Solutions.

In his current role, Justin Dulay works as part of a team that provides MSP and RPO services, ensuring SLA compliance during recruitment delivery.
