Gabrielle has held several leadership positions in top-performing organizations, including SVP of People & Places at FullStory, VP of People Operations at Ionic Security, and Chief of Staff and Diversity Communications Lead at Google. She has also served as Employment Branding Manager and People Operations Communications Manager at Google, where she leveraged her expertise to manage complex operations, drive employee engagement, and develop effective communication strategies.

Gabrielle's professional experience also includes program management and leadership development roles at Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation and AIPAC, respectively. Throughout her career, she has developed a keen interest in scaling culture, cultivating leadership, and building diverse and inclusive work environments.
