Drawing on a longstanding passion for art and my recent experience with motherhood, I am currently developing a product concept — authored artworks, timeless gifts for tiny ones aged 3 months to 3 years and beyond.

My mission is to help tiny ones discover the magic of art early on, surrounding them with artworks they can grow with and carry into adulthood, thus passing on this wealth to future generations.

oMyMemo challenges artists to encapsulate their happiest childhood memories within the frame. The resulting artworks will burst with color, creativity, and fun! Both tiny ones and their grown-ups will feel instantly inspired.

Founder

Hired, managed, and mentored a team of 14 UX professionals comprising Product Designers, UX Copywriters, a UX Researcher, and a Front-end Developer. Set up the UX foundations, operations, and systems to embed UX across Planet’s product organization.

Worked hands-on in key strategic initiatives, both B2B and B2C.

Orchestrated design operations, prioritization, and led a talented team of customer-minded individuals to achieve Planet's strategic goals.

I collaborated with customers and other stakeholders in product, technology, and various business areas to continually enhance our product and service design foundations. I influenced and guided the teams to develop digital experiences grounded in customer insights.

Activities included strategic thinking, UX and team leadership, and, of course, human-centered design.

Planet

Head of User Experience and Design

Led the end-to-end user experience B2B2C for Planet Tax-Free worldwide. Leveraged customer insight to develop product opportunities.

Led the User Experience and Design for the world's first digital Tax-Free experience launched in the Emirates.

Partnered with stakeholders in product, technology, and other business areas to continually improve our Tax-Free service design foundations and redefine what the optimal service experience looks like.

Activities included: customer journey mapping, experience mapping, user research, interface design, wireframing, prototyping, on-site research, and design systems.

Senior User Experience Designer

Relocated to Helsinki to hire and ramp up a small team of UX Designers to deliver UX professional services to OutSystems customers in the Nordics. Worked hands-on as a consultant for the most notable OutSystems Nordic customers, including Planet—the company that I later joined as the first UX Designer.

User Experience Practice Lead

Worked on various web and mobile solutions for global corporate customers, aiming to simplify and automate cumbersome and repetitive operational processes.

Analyzed business goals and voiced users’ needs by conducting activities from discovery to deployment, including contextual observations, interviews, ideation, prototypes, and usability testing.

As a Senior User Experience Design consultant, I influenced, thought, and designed web and mobile applications for B2Bs, B2Es, and some B2Cs for various customers.

As part of the OutSystems Centre of Excellence (CoE), I worked daily with the most complex challenges of our customers, helping them transform their businesses digitally. I envisioned, created, and assessed B2Bs, B2Es, and all those developed in the fast low-code platform - OutSystems.

In detail, my responsibilities as a UX Expert at OutSystems:

- Collaborated on agile development projects and innovation engagements;
- Led both stakeholder and user interviews, brainstorming sessions, and functionality workshops;
- Planned, implemented, and conducted user research using methods such as usability studies (quantitative and qualitative), user interviews and assessments, usability testing, and other approaches;
- Analyzed qualitative, quantitative, and customer data to guide business decisions and drive change by translating research insights into actionable recommendations;
- Wireframed and prototyped solid solutions to show to our users;
- Collaboratively designed and discussed visual solutions with information architecture and detailed wireframes;
- Worked closely with the development teams to figure out the best solution to any UI problem;
- Championed usability principles and practices within the organization through workshops.

Designed compelling user experiences for websites, created site maps, prototypes, and collaborated to create aesthetic pleasing visual design solutions. Worked with clients both within and outside the UK, including 7im.co.uk, atlanticomnium.ch, Grant Thornton ‘Women in Business’ microsite, as well as clients from the public sector such as Surrey Police and Sussex Police customer websites.

Senior Digital Designer

I worked at Zone when we were an independent agency helping excellent brands thrive in a digital world, which made them today part of Cognizant Digital Business. 

I was with Zone for almost three years, and it was an incredibly professional and growth experience. I started as a full-time designer in the Coca Cola account; then, I delivered Visual Design solutions for smaller clients such as ABF and some pitches. I became a full-time Visual UX Designer in the Tesco account.

Together with the Tesco digital agencies, we have been working to help Tesco consolidate and position its online brand. Building a consistent and creative retail brand online is our primary and constant challenge. 

I feel proud to see Tesco shining across social media with some great in-house developed ideas, small scale with big impact activation and campaigns, and side projects such as The Tesco Eat Happy, a great example of an educational project to help children have a better relationship with food.

Digital Designer

WIT is a Portuguese software development company specialising in rich and unified communications for Mobile Operators and Mobile Internet companies. 

While in London, I accepted WIT challenge to take an exciting role in advising on the best design practices and reviewing the product range to align with international standards and compete in external markets. Adding to this, I had fun exploring and developing conceptual work for some WIT mobile apps and also transforming their HR intranet section experience.

Hogarth is a marketing implementation agency part of the WPP group. 

As part of the Digital Department, I shared my hands and expertise across the Santander, HP, Pfizer and Epson accounts. At Hogarth, I had a critical quality control role, ensuring that the extended technical team properly executed the design.
