Robert Fekete is an accomplished executive search professional and entrepreneur with a wealth of experience in HR advisory, talent management, and interim HR management. As an Operating Director of Central Europe Industry Partners, a private equity fund, he manages executive searches and strengthens the teams of acquired companies. Previously, he worked for seven years as a consultant for Egon Zehnder International, a top-five global executive search firm, where he led over 143 executive searches and management appraisals projects.

With an MBA from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, Robert is well-educated and well-rounded. He also has a degree in Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management and Civil Engineering from Slovenská technická univerzita v Bratislave.

He founded his own consultancy firm, called High Potentials, in 2012, where he continued to leverage his extensive experience in management appraisal, HR advisory, talent management, and interim HR management.
