Raksha Vasudevan is an independent consultant with expertise in systems thinking and behavioral economics, backed by over 10 years of local and international experience in research, project design, workshop facilitation, and results measurement. Prior to her independent consulting role, Raksha served as a Managing Consultant at MarketShare Associates, focusing on economic development programming and results measurement. She also contributed to market system assessments and adaptive management in MSA's Results Measurement & Evaluation and Economic Empowerment practice areas. Before her tenure at MSA, Raksha was a Senior Strategist at Pollen Group, where she engaged in market system research, program design, and monitoring and evaluation for Making Markets Work for the Poor programs in agriculture and financial inclusion across East Africa. Her previous experiences include work in the humanitarian sector spanning West Africa, the Middle East, and Europe, as well as management consulting in Canada. Raksha holds a Master's degree in Development Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with fluency in French and Tamil.
