Marissa Hastings is a seasoned product marketing leader who has almost a decade of experience in both startup and corporate settings. She is currently the Director of Product Marketing at Noom, a digital health platform that uses behavioral science to help individuals manage their physical and mental health. Marissa is in the process of developing a team of product marketers while expanding Noom's product market fit, launching new products, and gaining market and competitive insights.

Marissa Hastings studied at Chaparral High School before attending The Wharton School to earn a Bachelor of Science in Economics, Marketing, and Global Analysis. She also completed Dale Carnegie's Leadership and Communication 8-week course at Dale Carnegie Training. She has held multiple roles throughout her career, including serving as Head of Marketing, Group Product Marketing Manager, and Senior Product Marketing Manager at Codecademy, Founder of Your Breast Self LLC, and Global Product Manager for E-Commerce at Anheuser-Busch InBev.

Marissa is most passionate about innovation, research, consumer behavior insights, product positioning, experimentation, and team building. She is an active member of the product marketing community and has advised many startups throughout her career.
