Dee Pierce is a seasoned leadership coach with an extensive background in federal and state government, professional services firms, not-for-profit organizations, and higher education. With professional experience in a variety of fields and industries, Dee has developed a unique perspective on organizational behavior, leadership development, and team management. Dee believes that effective leadership starts with self-awareness, understanding one's gifts and talents, and setting clear goals. Through her coaching, Dee empowers individuals to reach their full potential and helps organizations create a healthy and productive working environment.

Dee is a graduate of George Mason University, where she studied leadership coaching for organizational well-being. Prior to that, she earned a Master of Arts in student development from Wheaton College and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Franklin & Marshall College.
