Andrea Tait is a healthcare leader and passionate advocate of value-based healthcare. With decades of experience in clinical change and clinical engagement, she is committed to leveraging her expertise in digital health to improve the system for patients, clinicians, and taxpayers. Tait's impressive track record includes successful program design and delivery across the primary, community, and acute care settings. She specializes in stakeholder and healthcare provider governance, eHealth, and clinical change delivery, and effectively collaborates with all levels of government and healthcare providers across the continuum of care.

Tait was responsible for eHealth Ontario's digital health products, including Connecting Ontario, Canada's largest eHR project with over 200,000 registered clinicians and used to improve care for over 60,000 patients per month. She holds leadership training from the Institute for Health Improvement and has a background in Mathematics and Computer Science from Carleton University. Tait is currently the Vice President of Client Value at Orion Health and has previously held positions such as Senior Director of Integration Solutions and Services, Vice President of Product and Service Planning, and Managing Partner at Sustainable Health Inc.
