Nancy Biagini
Nancy Biagini, a 67-year-old, has a long and illustrious career in the labor movement. Born and raised in Santa Clara, CA, Nancy has spent most of her life fighting for workers' rights and social justice. She has served in various leadership positions in the Communications Workers of America (CWA), both locally and nationally, and earned several accolades for her activism in the community. In addition to her work in the labor movement, Nancy completed a Bachelor's degree in Labor Studies and a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Knowledge Management from George Mason University's Schar School of Policy and Government. Today, Nancy is a Santa Clara Planning Commissioner, former Historical Landmarks Commissioner, Chair of the Historic Home Tours, and assists with the Santa Clara Reclaiming Our Downtown and Parade of Champions projects. With her expertise, skills, and interests, Nancy looks forward to collaborating with people who are passionate about creating positive change in their communities.
