Envisioned, championed and rallied global digital merchant business of Fiserv around a common unified vision the became Carat.
Lead the product build of the core Carat component known as Commerce Hub. Commerce Hub is the global single entry point and dynamic multi-acquiring gateway that unifies all of the Fiserv and third party services into a simple to use commerce engine. The Carat product along with Commerce Hub is the single most important new product for the future of Fiserv, as recognized by senior staff and the market.
The product is capable of all form factors of payment to include IOT, mobile, POS, Kiosk and e-commerce.

Led First Data's debit card strategy and product teams increasing, growing the business by more than 30% yoy
Created and lead the debit routing brokerage product from vision through a highly successful first year. The first year five very large merchants were able to successfully utilize the solution to opt out of Visa's incentive program in favor of EFT networks.
Launched the USDA/FNS online EBT/SNAP program that enabled millions of Americans to utilize grocery delivery and pickup services with their benefits. This program went on to become a critical service during the COVAID pandemic.

Define, develop, and manage the PaySecure product solution for both domestic and international markets. Provide influential leadership, coaching, and mentorship to employees and facilitated effective training programs to maximize the potential of teams; foster a positive work environment and delegates assignments.

- Closed a major sale and oversaw the implementation of PaySecure product with NPCI in India in under 1 year; gained recognition by the Indian President and Reserve Bank of India for contributions
- Established direct debit network connections with 11 US EFT networks and defined / implemented a PINless e-Commerce solution to enable US EFT networks to compete with Visa / MasterCard on Signature Debit transaction processing, a significant breakthrough throughout the payments industry
- Direct product management initiatives for major clients, including Uber, Kabbage, Lendup, Intuit, Delta Airlines, Airbnb, Chase Paymentech, Square, and Six Flags; create innovative payment solutions
- Maximizes business development opportunities by leading strategic sourcing initiatives; engaged with US and international payment networks on strategic initiatives and all next generation offerings
- Oversee and influence all infrastructure, product architecture, project management, sales, vendor relations and negotiations, marketing, budgeting, and cost control initiatives; maximize profitability
- Instrumental in sales/integration of e-Commerce solutions with the largest global network, UnionPay
- Implemented transaction routing engines, resulting in a significant increase in revenue and ongoing merchant input into routing rules; led engines to being utilized by multiple major payment processes

- Selected to lead the major efforts to create the next industry-leading mobile smartphone application
- Successfully defined and implemented the largest deployment of “internet of things” to date; enabled remote monitoring and management of 1000s of streetlights for the client, Acuity Lighting
- Grew the products and deployments of an early mobile solution for a major client, The Home Depot
