Residing in the Greater Seattle Area for over 30 years, Jim Clark has been actively involved in his community through various volunteer roles, including PTA, youth sports, Rotary Club, and The Boy Scouts.

With a background in Liberal Studies from Excelsior College and Chemical Engineering from the University of Utah, Jim Clark brings a diverse set of skills to his role as the Owner, Founder & CEO of Authority Real Estate.

Through his past roles as President at Western America LLC, Editor & Consultant at Risk Analysis Consulting and Training, and in asset management positions at private commercial real estate companies, Jim has honed his expertise in the real estate field.
