Oswaldo "Ozzie" Gromada Meza is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in corporate America and entrepreneurial endeavors. With over a decade of experience in market research, business reference, corporate librarianship, talent intelligence, diversity recruiting, branding, recruitment marketing, event production, and design, he has developed a unique set of skills that he brings to the table.

Ozzie's professional journey started at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he pursued a degree in Management Information Systems and a Master's degree in Library and Information Science with a focus on business librarianship and competitive intelligence. During his career, he has held several positions at Allstate, Carlyle Group, Akoya Capital, Navigant Consulting, BMO Financial Group, and JamesDruryPartners, where he was an intelligence lead, manager of board governance and people intelligence. He was also a senior manager of recruitment marketing and talent acquisition staff manager, talent intelligence, and strategic services at Allstate, where he spearheaded the build-out of the first talent intelligence team, earning the Special Libraries Association Business and Finance Impact Award in 2013.

In addition to his corporate success, Ozzie is a co-founder and partner of Mac & Cheese Fest Chicago, the first-ever food festival dedicated solely to celebrating the dish, drawing over 4,000+ visitors a year. Ozzie is also a proud father of twins and enjoys traveling with his husband.

Currently, Ozzie serves as the Director of Membership and Research-Talent Engagement at the Latino Corporate Directors Association, where he brings his passion for diversity recruiting and talent acquisition to create a more equitable business landscape.
