Mary Bonderoff has over 20 years of experience in college administration, particularly in student affairs, diversity education, and student advocacy. Currently serving as the Interim Vice President for Student Affairs and Chief Diversity Officer at SUNY Morrisville, Bonderoff is committed to creating institutional change that positively impacts historically underrepresented communities. She has a reputation for building bridges for change, navigating difficult political environments, and developing collaborative efforts across divisions. Bonderoff's expertise lies mainly in how students of color make sense of their experiences on a historically white college. She earned her Doctor of Education (EdD) from Northeastern University College of Professional Studies and has completed multiple degrees in education. Her research-driven approach combined with her practical learning experience makes her a trusted figure in her field.
