Bill Kerr is the Founder and CEO of Athyna, a Global Employment Platform dedicated to hiring, managing, and retaining top-tier global teams.

With a passion for creative thinking and establishing impactful brands, Bill has successfully led two companies with fully remote workforces. He now focuses on assisting organizations in building and maintaining exceptional global teams.

Apart from his role at Athyna, Bill is actively involved as a Mentor and Investor at Startmate, a prominent hub for startup innovation in Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, he serves as a Limited Partner at Blackbird VC.

As a creative outlet, Bill hosts a compelling podcast that delves into diverse and intriguing stories, spanning topics from child soldiers to astrophysicists. Outside of work, he enjoys training, hiking, surfing, and reading, along with caring for his pet sausage dog, Ziggy.

During his 20s and early 30s, Bill embarked on adventures to over 50 countries worldwide. He welcomes connections from individuals interested in travel, business growth, or sharing the love for sausage dogs.
