He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Genesys, a position he has achieved after holding various other high-level positions within the same company, including Vice President of Voice Platform Engineering and Vice President of Application Platforms and Mobile Clients. Prior to Genesys, Lee-Kwen worked as the Android Software Inventor at Augmented Traffic Views and Vice President of Media Platforms at Nokia.
