Roberto Croci

Roberto Croci is a seasoned innovator with over two decades of experience in the tech industry. He is a relationship-driven professional who has effectively bridged the gap between corporates and startups in over twenty countries. Currently, he is the Managing Director of Microsoft for Startups, wherein he is building the division from scratch and expanding its innovation strategy to establish a collaborative startup ecosystem.

Roberto is known for his expertise, candidness, and ability to develop ecosystems where startups flourish. He helps organizations adopt an innovation mindset, leverage technology, and take advantage of the agility of startup companies. He is passionate about mentoring young people and inspiring them to develop an entrepreneurial mindset to address global problems.

As an international speaker, Roberto talks about authentic and creative leadership, employee engagement, mental health, innovation and digital transformation, funding, and startups. In his personal life, Roberto enjoys reading, hiking, running, and spending time with family, and he is passionate about building relationships and connecting with driven individuals from different backgrounds.

Education-wise, Roberto has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Politecnico di Milano and did his Executive Program in Exponential Technologies that address the World's Grand Challenges at Singularity University. He also studied Program for Leadership Development, Executive Master in Business Administration at Harvard Business School, Google Business Academy, and Management at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business, and an Erasmus Project and Final Degree at Universitat Politecnica de Valencia (UPV).
