Alex Klokus is an accomplished investor and entrepreneur who has a keen interest in frontier science and technology. He is an NYU Stern School of Business graduate, where he got a degree in Finance & Management. Alex has been around the business scene, having co-founded several companies successfully. He was the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Gravity, a prominent sleep and wellness brand that raised $4.7MM for the launch of the Gravity blanket in 2017. The success of Gravity led to its acquisition by WIN Brands in 2019.

Klokus is also a former co-founder and CEO of Futurism, a media company that covers frontier science and technology. At its peak, Futurism had over 10 million followers globally and was acquired by Singularity University in March 2019. His exceptional leadership earned him a spot on Forbes' "30 Under 30" in January 2017.

Today, Alex is the Founder and Managing Partner at SALT Fund at SALT, a company that focuses on investing in frontier science start-ups. He is also a former Co-Founder at Tomorrow Farms, focusing on smart urban farming.
