With a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Radford University, Fred is highly skilled in designing and creating flexible, resilient, and scalable software systems. He has also served as a founder at LandMetrics and a Member/Administrator at Middle River Hosting Technologies, LLC.

Outside his professional career, Fred also has a passion for rehabilitating old buildings and building fences on his farm located in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia.
