Responsible for the global strategy and field integration of EMC's acquired storage business units along with the implementation of a global shared services model for common field support needs.  Dual report into the Executive Vice Chairman and President/CFO of EMC.  My objective was to develop and implement a single global sales team framework supported by technical practices, including implementing a global shared services offering around EMC's Inside Sales, Channel and Business Operations teams. In addition, I was responsible for developing the global GTM framework and integration model for EMC's acquired "Flash" business units.  This included developing the global sales, technical and partner strategy for EMC's PCIe, SSD and appliance offerings.

IIG is an independant software division of EMC focused around unstructured content, collaboration, capture, e-discovery (EDRM), records management, and output software solution offerings.  IIG provides end to end solution design and implementation through our direct service and partner community.  Responsible for all field operations for Canada, North America, South America and Federal business units.

Midwest Division was responsible for all sales and support service within a (25) state geography.  Our charter was to market the entire suit of EMC hardware, software, and professional services.  Revenue responsibility exceeded $1B per year.
