Luiz Filho is a highly experienced and accomplished business strategy consultant with over 20 years of experience and more than 30 organizations served. He has worked in a variety of roles for companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Embraer, CNI, and A.T. Kearney in Brazil and abroad. Filho currently serves as a professor of business management at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa.

Filho has a diverse educational background, including a post-doctoral research fellowship in strategy from INSEAD, a doctorate degree in production engineering from the University of Sao Paolo, a master's degree in production engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Aeronautica, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Universidade Federal Fluminense.

Filho's primary research interests are centered on the new opportunities for businesses resulting from the rapid advancement of digital technologies, which include enhancing customer experience, moving towards new business models and optimizing operations. Additionally, Filho has published nine business cases and articles in the prominent Harvard and INSEAD databases.
