Jess Bass is an experiential producer and curator of immersive content. She has an MFA in Sculpture from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Video Art and Installation from Hampshire College. Jess has an impressive work history; she previously worked as a Freelance Video Editor, Teaching Assistant, Curator, Studio Manager, Docent, and Intern, to name a few. She has produced experiential projects and events for Cosm, curation for the LA Times' Newstory Festival, and produced two premieres at Tribeca Immersive '19 - CAVE and 2nd Civil War.

Jess started at the Future of StoryTelling (FoST), where she launched the FoST Festival, tailored and delivered its year-long programming to clients such as Microsoft, USA + SYFY, WeWork, Casper, Deloitte Digital, Edelman, BAM, New Zealand Festival, and the Phi Centre. Jess Bass's artwork has been exhibited at Spring/Break Art Show NY, Detroit Art Week, Site Gallery, and Comfort Station; it has been featured in The New York Times, Hyperallergic, ArtNews, PASTE, Fader, and MTV.

Jess is also a Graduate Coordinator Assistant at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, Digital Media Facilitator at the Museum of the Moving Image, Co-Founder at Flower Shop Collective, Experiential Producer at Moth + Flame, X Labs Producer at Cosm, and Assistant Curator at the Center for Digital Art. She has also worked as a Festival Coordinator and Curator for Video Art & Experimental Film Festival, Teacher at In-Sight Photography Project, Archives Intern at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, Video Editor at Transfeminism Website, Intern at Darby Scott, Intern at BrandGames, and Intern at Penny Harvest.
