Erdem Demir is an experienced Digital Director with a strong background in design and marketing. He holds a PhD in Experience Design from Delft University of Technology, as well as Master's degrees in Industrial Design and Industrial Engineering from Middle East Technical University. Throughout his career, Demir has demonstrated expertise in Persona, Usability Engineering, Research Design, Design Management, and User Experience Design.

Demir serves as the Partner and Director of Digital & Insight at I-AM Istanbul, where he leads digital strategy and design work. He has previously held positions as an Assistant Professor at Istanbul Bilgi University and as a Researcher and Instructor at TU Delft. Earlier in his career, he was a Research and Teaching Assistant at METU.

Throughout his professional journey, Demir has honed his skills in design, marketing, and research. He is a driven and accomplished expert in his field, well-equipped to lead teams and drive successful outcomes for his clients.
