Jenn Lofgren is a Master Certified Coach who specializes in leadership and executive coaching. With over 15 years of experience in coaching, mentoring, gap analysis, and strategic development, Jenn partners with high achievers to help them identify and work through the root cause of their challenges. Her approach to coaching involves helping leaders accept where they are, uncover their limiting beliefs and fears, understand what they want next, and challenge them to make courageous choices. Jenn is recognized for taking a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to coaching and development planning. She has studied Brain Based Coaching at NeuroLeadership Institute, Certified Professional Co-Active Coach at The Coaches Training Institute, and ORSC™ Trained at Novalda/CRR Canada - CRR Global.

Jenn is the founder, executive and leadership coach, facilitator, and speaker at Incito Executive & Leadership Development. She has also been a former official member of Forbes Coaches Council. When Jenn is not working with inspiring leaders, she can be found being a wife, mom, fearless skier, and aspiring golfer. One of her most significant and rewarding accomplishments is volunteering with the Calgary Youth Justice Society, helping to build leaders out of at-risk youth - enhancing their strengths, not weaknesses.
