During Summer 2015, I worked for Johns Hopkins University's Center for Talented Youth Summer Program as an Academic Dean's Assistant at the brand new Hong Kong residential site hosted at ISF Academy.Responsibilities included:• Worked with the administrative team to set up the very first Center For Talented Youth Summer program at ISF Academy, including creating new procedures for a new site and troubleshooting various problems accordingly• Assisted the Academic Dean with various tasks, including setting up systems for academic support, working with teaching staff on supply inventory and requests, and preparing for staff and student orientations• Acted as a mediator between staff needs and administrative desires as needed

During Summer 2014, I worked for BE Education in Shanghai as a consultant for the US Study Abroad division.Responsibilities included:• Consulted and guided clients through the US boarding school and college application processes• Developed the curriculum, co-taught the sessions, arranged the logistics, and marketed the initial BE Community Service Program; peak participation reached 10+ volunteers and serviced 40+ recipients• Worked with marketing to develop and participate in various events, including: American Independence Day Celebration, US Boarding School Information Session, US College Panel, and Public Speaking Sessions for potential clients• Independently worked on various projects, including writing a 30-page Guide to Interviews
