Connell Nolan is a seasoned organizational development and transformation leader with years of experience in the field. He holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development from Pepperdine University and a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University. His undergraduate degree in Entrepreneurship from University of Saint Thomas also gives him a well-rounded perspective on business.

Before joining Banner Health as their Senior Director of Organizational Development and Transformation, Nolan worked as a consultant in organizational culture and behavior at Culture Change Consultants. He has also worked as a senior implementation consultant at Voyager Sopris Learning and as a senior consultant at Hannel Educational Consulting. In addition, Nolan has experience as a classroom teacher with Teach For America/Roosevelt School District.

Nolan's passion for organizational development and transformation stems from his belief that company culture is a key component to success. Throughout his career, he has proven to be an effective leader with a unique skill set that includes change management, talent development, and strategy implementation.
